TASK ORDER COMPETITIVE CONTRACTING (TOCC) FOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES‐CHA WIDE

CHA's IDIQ Program includes master competitive task order based contracts.

The Task Order Competitive Contracting (“TOCC”) Program includes General Contractors that receive task order bidding opportunities for modernization, capital maintenance and development activities for properties owned by the CHA or its affiliates or instrumentalities.

The TOCC program is managed by CHA’s Capital Construction Department and has a contract term of two (2) years effective, July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2017, with a one (1) year option period.

TOCC Program General Contractors are assigned to Groups A, B and C as listed in the chart below. Subcontractors are encouraged to contact the General Contractors for subcontracting opportunities.

Group A: Contractors who have the ability to bid on, perform the work and secure bonding for projects valued from $100,000.00 through $500,000.00;

Group B: Contractors who have the ability to bid on, perform the work and secure bonding for projects valued over $500,000.00 to $1,500,000.00.

Group C: Contractors who have the ability to bid on, perform the work and secure bonding for projects valued over $1,500,00.00 to $3,000,000.00.

MASTER ARCHITECTURE/ENGINEERING SERVICES TASK ORDER INDEFINITE QUANTITY/INDEFINITE DELIVERY ‐ CHA WIDE

The Architecture/Engineering program is managed by CHA’s Capital Construction Department and has a contract term of two (2) years effective, May 1, 2017 to April 30, 2019.

The Architecture/Engineering Consultants are assigned to four categories of service as listed in the chart below. Subcontractors are encouraged to contact the General Contractors for subcontracting opportunities.

Architectural Design: Perform the work and secure bonding for projects not to exceed $750,000.00.

Civil Engineering and Landscape Design: Perform the work and secure bonding for projects not to exceed $350,000.00.

Structural Engineering: Perform the work and secure bonding for projects not to exceed $350,000.00.

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Fire Protection, and Information Technology Engineering: Perform the work and secure bonding for projects not to exceed $350,000.00.
